Ich sehe Eurer Wohlergehen voraus & dies
ist auch soweit bei uns der fall.
Nach Berlin ließ ich ein schönes Paket
absenden in Werte von hfl. 5.88.
Kaffe darf von hier nur ½ Pfund pro
Paket geschickt werden, wie überhaupt
viele Dinge nur beschränkt verschickt
werden dürfen. Nach München ging
auf Kosten von Lini & Fritz auch diese
Woche ein Paket die Kosten teile ich dir
noch mit. Nach Nürnberg an Lottes Eltern
geht morgen auch etwas ab. Nun Leos
List werde mich diese Woche bemühen.
Wir haben durch das schlechte Wetter sehr
viele Arbeit, da Leute die sonst selbst waschen
jetzt die Wäsche ausgeben. Bei uns schneit
es schon beinahe 8 Tage. Hedi schreibt
dir lb. Leopold möchtest für Sie Vorzeige
Geld mitnehmen an das Schiff.

My Dears,
I can see that things are going well for you & that is also the case for us. I sent a nice package off to Berlin worth 5.88 hfl. From here only ½ pound of coffee can be shipped per package, as is the case for many things, which can only be shipped in limited amounts. A package was sent this week, paid for by Lini & Fritz, to Munich, the cost of which I am also providing to you. Something is also being sent tomorrow to Lotte’s parents in Nuremberg. I will work on Leo’s list this week. Due to the bad weather we had a great deal of work this week, people that generally do their own wash gave it out to be done.
